May, 2009 - Richardson & Harman Adds New Community Association Attorney

Richardson & Harman, PC is pleased to announce that Brian D. Moreno, Esq. an experienced community association lawyer, has joined the firm as a Senior Associate.
Brian specializes in all matters involving common interest developments as well as general real estate matters. He will counsel on general community association business matters, litigation prevention and representation, governing document drafting, enforcement and interpretation, assessment collection, and contracts drafting and review.
Brian also brings to the firm his significant general real estate law background in such matters as easements, encroachment and boundary disputes, deeds of trust interpretation and enforcement, lien priority and title insurance. Brian comes to the firm from the San Diego area where he developed a highly regarded community association law practice. He is an active supporter of the Community Associations Institute, and has served on the Legislative Action Committee of the San Diego Chapter. Brian will continue his involvement in CAI Chapters throughout the Southland.
He holds his J.D. from California Western School of Law and B.A. in Communications from the University of California at Santa Barbara. We are delighted to have Brian on our team to continue to offer quality legal representation to Southern California's common interest communities.
